Our furnace was red-tagged so needed replacing immediately. The company that serviced it gave an outrageous quote to replace. Mark at Capital Home Comfort was first to respond through Home Stars. He gave us a thorough explanation of what he recommended and why and the estimate was substantially below the other company. His team was out first thing the next morning. Kevin and the guys were fantastic. I highly recommend this company.

20+ years A/C died during heat wave. We had no service contract. Although swamped with calls they promised later in the day a rep would arrive. Capital Home Comfort Systems rep arrived, checked unit, saw mouse claw burned onto capacitor, cleaned out remains, replaced capacitor, and A/C lives again. Not once was there pressure or mention of buying new products. Being a retired/former CRSP, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism shown. We will definitely be talking with Capital Home Comfort Systems in near future for replacement of A/C & Furnace (+ service contract) before anyone else.

My AC broke down on a Saturday. Capital Home Comfort agreed to come the same day and repair. Despite my unit being older, the focus was on repair rather than just recommending it be replaced. In the end, my AC was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price for a weekend service call.

This isn't the first time I work with Mark/Kevin. Great people to work with, and above-and-beyond service to clients. Super responsive to start with, competitive pricing, but above all, it's their commitment to provide the right product, at the right time, with great workmanship. I was having some issues with switch on my gas fireplace and decided to get it fixed last fall. A google search led me to Capital Home Comfort. I sent an email and within a very short period of time I had an appointment booked and the switch was fixed.

While they were here, I asked about having my 18 year old furnace replaced. I received some good advice on furnaces with absolutely no pressure to buy anything in particular. I chose the model that was suggested to me and had arranged installation within a few days. The workers arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. The area was left cleaner than when they started.

In the spring, I decided to also have the air conditioner replaced so I contacted Capital Home Comfort again. Over the phone, we selected a model (again no pressure) and an installation date. The guys showed up exactly when expected and replaced the air conditioner quite fast.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their critical home comfort systems fixed, replaced or upgraded.

Without complaint, the Capital Home Comfort tech stopped by after he finished working on my neighbours unit, and took a look at ours.
