20+ years A/C died during heat wave. We had no service contract. Although swamped with calls they promised later in the day a rep would arrive. Capital Home Comfort Systems rep arrived, checked unit, saw mouse claw burned onto capacitor, cleaned out remains, replaced capacitor, and A/C lives again. Not once was there pressure or mention of buying new products. Being a retired/former CRSP, I was extremely impressed by the professionalism shown. We will definitely be talking with Capital Home Comfort Systems in near future for replacement of A/C & Furnace (+ service contract) before anyone else. Again, extremely impressed with Capital Home Comfort Systems.
