Seth was punctual and friendly. He completed the job efficiently and thoroughly. Seth was also very careful in our home and I felt comfortable not having to stay in the room to oversee his work. He was also very quick and efficient with the billing process at the end of the job. I would be very happy to have him in our home again for electrical work.

Bryan is very efficient and friendly. He has been at our home twice to do work for Gregg's and I feel very comfortable with Bryan and confident in his abilities.

I was very happy with the service I received from Gregg's Home Services. Rey Mejos from Franklin Plumbing arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was very informative and thorough when checking over the plumbing in the house and he solved our problem quickly and efficiently. Rey also provided information regarding other services in our home where he could see improvements were recommended. It was a very good experience from the moment I booked the appointment to the end of the service call.

My first project was to install a water filtration system in my kitchen that connects directly with the existing kitchen faucet. Everything went great. I contacted them directly a second time to replace the outside water faucet to the outside, as well as the main water valve since it was stuck and couldn't turn off the water. They replaced both the outside faucet and the inside valve. I was equally as happy with that work. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Gregg's Home Services sent over Rey Mejos to repair the cracked kitchen pipe under the kitchen sink. He repaired it properly and even installed a clean out for future maintenance. I am a very happy with the completed repair. Mr. Mejos is very polite, and a diligent and thorough worker.

I have used Gregg's Plumbing & Heating (now Benjamin Franklin) over the past few years for various projects from a new Maytag furnace installation to after hours air conditioning service to the latest project - capping off water lines to a bathroom which I will be renovating.

From their receptionist to their technicians and management - they live and breathe the business of customer service, quality work and professionalism.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I have nothing but praise for the way they make you feel as a customer. Kudos and keep up the great work!

We had not had work done to our furnace since we moved in three years ago. I contacted Gregg's and they made an appointment right away. They were on time and very thorough. The technician, John, was very pleasant and he showed me all of the things that he had checked out. I was very satisfied with their work. I would definitely deal with them again.
