I had a furnace inspection today. Several parts had some wear and cracks and I decided to replace them. The parts were available and the technician was able to install them today ( as quoted). The technician was very knowledgeable. Thank-you.

It is very nice to have a skilled technician come and check out the furnace every year to make sure it is running well. Their friendly staff are efficient and call you in advance before sending someone.

We had Gregg's replace our old furnace with a Amana hi-efficiency unit on January 4, 2018. Philip T, Stan and his crew were very professional and did a great job. Delbert L

My wife smelled a gas leak. Phoned Gregg's (they had previously done work for me). Technician's report had a number of issues including a gas leak at a fitting going to pilot. Technician showed me the leak and said he did not have time to repair it now. I was told to make an appointment for the repair. The gas line was NOT shut off and tagged out. I phoned the service manager the next morning who confirmed the Technician was fully qualified on furnaces including gas work.
I had different company come in to check the gas leak. They found the fitting had been cross-threaded and so would not seal. Obviously the cross-threading must have occurred prior to Gregg's being called to work on the furnace. The technician for this second company shut off and tagged out the gas line to the furnace until the leak issue was resolved the next day.

I had an issue with my water heater which WAS still under warantee. Spoke with the Rheem manufacturer and was told to call a licensed service tech. I Called greggs and got misdiagnosed and they wouldn’t cover the warantee for an unclear reason and told me I’d need a new one for $2500.00, in the end it Cost me $100 to have them come over. After they left I got a second option from another company. They fully covered everything and had a good chuckle that I would even call Greggs in the first place. I Asked around at work and everyone has heard or had the same complaint as me

Water was not draining in basement. They charged over $500 to fix it. Two weeks later - the same problem. Now they want another $189 to confirm they failed to fix the problem. Wow.
