We originally discussed an ICF basement but ended up using this company for the whole project. We found everyone we dealt with to be helpful throughout the process. Not only did they make cost saving recommendations along the way, they worked diligently with the sub trades to ensure all work was completed correctly and on time.

As a first time "builder" we couldn't have done this without their help.

We considered using ICF Plus as the general contractor for our project but thankfully we recognized inconsistent behaviour and decided on using another contractor. Our big mistake was allowing ICF Plus to do the foundation and framing, before project started we had agreed on amounts for each part of the project and overall budget. Justin gave one excuse after another and delayed starting project for 4 months. When he invoiced he charged for thousands of dollars for " extras". Most of extra charges were for work he never told us about till it was done, when I complained and refused to pay for all the extras his answer was simple ..... Thats' the way its done he said.....when I told him it was over our agreed budget .... His answer was once again simple " I don't give a F...... about your budget" At that we had enough of Justin and informed the general not to use him anymore for any of the project. It is a real same that someone with Justin's talents takes that attitude. He is capable of doing decent quality work, his arrogance and ignorance make working with him impossible!!!
He delayed our project which caused a lot of problems for every other trade involved and added thousands of dollars of expenses. He accepted no responsibility for all the grief he caused, there are lots of quality contractors out ....... Save yourself a huge headache and pass on this guy.

ICF plus did a full house build for us. It took over double the time quoted to build the house and had several issues. Trades were not lined up and sever trades were not paid on time resulting in leins. DO NOT RECOMMEND
