Replacing incorrect hardware post installation

I had some issues with getting information and calls returned from the company for some replacement parts. I finally heard back from them and they were aware of the issues and assured me that they had made some changes internally to help improve things. Many companies say this but don’t deliver. In this case I have to say I have noticed a difference to the customer service and they were able to get my replacement parts and send someon out at my convenience. The products themselves and initial installation were great. Seeing as how they have resolved issues that were occurring with customer communication I would recommend them to others.

Your new parts have arrived two weeks ago. Replacing incorrect hardware post installation

I had a new window installed in the early spring. The window has the incorrect hardware on the opening crank. I called them time and time again. Getting them to call back is nearly impossible. Even when you speak to someone they always tell you they will look into it and call you back, but the don’t end up calling. I was finally able to set up a repair with them. Unfortunately after all that effort when they came for the repair (in sept) they provided the repair person with incorrect hardware. He told me he would let the office know and they would call me
The following Monday. It is now nearing the end of November and I have yet to receive a call even after emailing them. I have never encountered such bad service. If you value service after the initial purchase I would stay away from them.
