Heating & Air Conditioning review in

Since we had this unit, it has been nothing but trouble. Not working properly and keeps shutting it self off. Their service rep. suggested to shut it off at night and turn it back on in the morning. Air condition unit should work 24/7. Sales rep. and General Manager both do not return phone messages. Will be seeking to have unit replaced or refunded.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having problems with your air conditioner! Since you did not put your name or contact info on this note, I can't verify any of this info. Please call the office and have a service technician come take a look at your unit as the sales rep would not be able to fix and air conditioner and the general manager is away on vacation.
