Great service and best price! If you’ve been shopping around for someone to install your alarm system, Ray is your man! When you call other security companies, the one on the phone is usually not the same guy who comes to your door and sets up your system. This is not the case with Total Security. Ray is the same guy who you talk to on the phone, installs your security system and does all the follow up.
He set up a meeting first to look at my place and give me suggestions on what I needed as well as a quote. He doesn’t try to pressure you into anything. Just gives you his professional advice then leaves and if you decide not to go with him he’s cool with that.
After reading other people’s reviews and personally meeting him, I decided to choose his company and am glad I did. I’m sure you won’t find any other company that will give you such personal, honest and professional care as Ray.
