Total Security recently completed an install of security cameras at our home. From the very first phone conversation Ray's professionalism, courteousness and knowledge came through. Ray took the time to sit with us and answer our many questions and address all our concerns prior to us booking his services. He never pushed or tried to oversell any extras on us, and was very honest about what was required to meet our needs. He walked us through the entire process making sure we understood what he was doing every step of the way. The installation went smoothly and without any issues.
