When I first called about a water leak in our basement, Vanessa suggested a couple things to check right away and knew the likely sources of the problem based on common problems in South Surrey area. I was able to start ruling things out when Bob called, and arranged to shuffle his crews around the next morning knowing we had an active leak. Justin and Ethan (amazing young guys!!!!) were on time, and narrowed down the diagnosis of the problem so quickly.
It is worth every penny spent when you get great people, who don't upsell anything, and help to educate you so that you "understand" the problems....that allows someone with little knowledge in this area to make an informed decision about how to solve a leak problem.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story about your experience with Drainrock. The south Surrey area has some of the worst soil conditions in the lower mainland that can play havoc with your homes perimeter drain tile systems. As it is commonly suggested all homes service their drainage systems every 2 - 5 years, it is a common to start with a thorough cleaning if you have never completed this before. We knew the water ingress was across the back wall of the home and needed to eliminate the possibility of it being related to your drainage system. Once our service team determined your perimeter drainage was not the problem, we looked at interior plumbing leak possibilities. It was determined that a sink drain from the upstairs kitchen was leaking down the entire wall and into basement behind the drywall and spreading across the floor.
