Bruce and Jeff came to quote the same day i called about replacing some painted old cedar shingle with Longboard siding. The job was challenging as much of the shingle was on the third floor and required scaffolding to get up there. Bruce gave us quotes on Longboard and Wood siding, we chose the Longboard. We had some rain delays during installation but Bruce always called or texted if the weather prevented work. Bruce, Jeff and Troy were great to work with and we trust them completely. The end result looks fantastic - we love it and have moved forward with two additional projects -
overhauling our front porch and refacing our back deck with Trex composite because we were so pleased! The porch look gorgeous and the deck is happening in the next week - can't wait!

We used Bruce 4 years ago to build our initial deck and just had the team back out to do an extension. Both times the team was friendly, fast and did great work. Bruce was very responsive on the phone and also had the most reasonable quotes from the contractors we looked at. We are very happy with our end result and would recommend Bruce and the team to anyone looking for a great deck.

I first hired Bruce and Jeff and their team in 2013 to do wood siding and matching eaves on a tired old house that became my Toronto Beach office. I found their work to be excellent, their materials to be of a very high quality and their price to be absolutely fair. The siding gave my building a complete facelift and it looks fantastic. In 2015 the team did a beautiful job of replacing the soffits and fascia on my Beach house. I am working with Complete Exteriors a third time now; this time they are doing wood siding on my newly renovated home, and building me a composite deck off my kitchen. Again, the siding has been expertly installed. Bruce recommended the composite deck product for its longevity and maintenance-free nature and it is going to be beautiful. The sauna would make any Scandinavian proud!! Jeff's workmanship is really really good. I'd hire Complete Exteriors again, but I'm out of buildings for them to work on! I note that all of the reviews here on HomeStars are a deserved 10/10, save for one. As a lawyer, I'm not surprised. In my experience, those who are themselves guilty are usually the best at pointing fingers at others... it's a distraction technique, but not a very good one.

I called Bruce for a second opinion on a deck we were building ourselves. It ended up being a much bigger job than we anticipated and we couldn't do it properly ourselves. I was referred to him by a friend for help, he looked at the job and recommended a couple of different layouts that would solve our problems and include stairs, built in lighting and planters. They started a few days later and once completed the deck exceeded all of our expectations. Bruce was honest and upfront during the entire job, he is an integrity driven individual and made sure we were happy all the way through. I would recommend him and his crew to anyone.

Complete Exteriors recently did the soffit work on our new addition. Bruce and his crew were respectful and courteous. Once on the job they were efficient and tidy. They were very responsive to any changes we wanted made. I would recommend Bruce and his crew.

I contacted Complete Exteriors based on some feedback from a friend. After speaking with Bruce we decided to proceed with the project as we felt comfortable because of the professionalism and full disclosure of all steps necessary to complete our project which was a 500sqft addition to our home. After we provided the inital deposit, materials were ordered and the work commenced in a timely fashion. The team was all respectful and professional and did a wonderful job. The project completed on time and without a hitch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bruce and his team, they did a great job for us. Thanks!

I recently purchased a house. It was a mess inside and outside. I had heard about this company and requested a quote. I found them to be professional and reliable. Not only did they fix the exterior of my home, they rebuilt my front deck that was unsafe to walk on.
After the work was completed and I was fully satisfied, I explained to them about an interior wall that led up to an office space, they came up with a perfect solution using multi kinds of wood. It is a work of art. I will without a doubt recommend this company, and use again myself.

We hired Complete Exteriors to handle the Maibec Siding and Shingle cladding at one of our projects. They completed the project expertly and efficiently and the finished product was extremely attractive.

We were very pleased with their work, so they are currently cladding another one of our Maibec Siding projects in the Bluffs area of Scarborough.

We are happy to have found Complete Exteriors and plan on having them handle all of our Hardie Board and Maibec cladding installations in the future as they are always on time and work within our budget.

My husband and I were recently referred to Bruce Parsons by a family friend for the siding on our home. Like most people we were very sceptical on hiring any contractor and put our faith in Complete Exteriors. We were NOT disappointed, Bruce was very prompt when contacting us about any contengencies with the timeline of our project or anything regarding our home. This was very reassuring, our project was finished before we knew it and the crew was very respectful and humble which is very important with my children around and the neighbours close. I would highly reccomend Bruce for projects on your home.

I met Bruce in the late fall of 2016. I thought, that I had done my due diligence, I checked many of his projects first-hand to determine if Bruce was capable of performing the work. Bruce was to order our materials for our custom home back in December of 2016. Bruce requested a sizable deposit for the materials and instructed it would take around 6 weeks for the product to arrive from Maibec. Bruce advised the product was being ordered, through Peacock Lumber. I gave Bruce a very large deposit, so he could order our materials and that, the work would commence shortly after it arrived. In the interim Bruce was to install, the house wrap and strapping. In the interim, we had Bruce, start with the installation of the house wrap and wood strapping, in order to prepare for the siding installation. many weeks past and the house wrap was still not installed and the strapping, that had been installed was done incorrectly. I spoke with Bruce on the matter and He advised, He would fix it and do whatever it takes to make us happy. around this time we were excepting our order to arrive. I checked with Bruce and he advised, it wasn't ready because of the holiday shut-down. several more weeks past, house wrap and strapping still not completed, Bruce and I had a heated discussion and He advised, He no longer wanted to do our project. I requested the invoice or purchase order from Bruce. It wasn't until several days later, that I received a quote, that he forwarded from his supplier Peacock lumber. I called Peacock lumber and they confirmed, our order, in fact, had not been ordered.
I confronted Bruce on the issue, (His response, was that I caught him off the guard. Bruce, then tried to tell me, that, he had a revolving account at Peacock lumber (not sure what that means?). He then told me, he had used our deposit money as part of a down payment on a house. ( I found out much later, this was, in fact, another made up story). you can contact Peacock lumber at 905 725-4744
