Bruce and his team is still trying to resolve this issue. We have not quite got there yet but hoping to soon. If we can resolve the problem I still believe he’s an ok contractor.

Bruce did the siding and soffit at my house a year ago. Since then the soffit has flown off twice. When we approached Bruce about it he said it was due to the environment of where our house is located. We even believed him and paid for more expensive material for him to fix it but he kept putting us off because our job wasn’t expensive enough. Since then we had to get the soffit replaced at our cost. When the new metal guy was here he informed us our siding didn’t have drip pans on the windows, the siding is installed short and a few other problem. We decided to leave Bruce a fair review at which point he threatened to sue me if I didn’t take it down. Finically he decides to come “fix” the issue if I remove the reviews to which I agreed. Since I left my last review Bruce decided to come and rip up all the siding from the house. Once that was done we saw that the house was never wrapped before installation and my house has been sitting that way for over a year. However about 1/2 way through putting the siding back on Bruce simply stopped coming to site. My house now is in worse shape then ever before. There has been no cladding on my house for weeks and Bruce keeps telling me he will come with a crew. Yet when I check with the crew directly they tell me they have no idea about coming to my house. This is the type of contractor Bruce is. We have no choice but to try to take legal action. BE AWARE!!

Since my original review Bruce has contacted me to fix all mistakes. This has taken some back and forth and I hope he keeps to his word. If all the errors are fixed then I believe he and Complete Exterior deserves a better rating even though his original work was below expectation.

My builder hires Bruce to do the steel siding on my house. He then subsequently subcontracted out the job because he has taken on too much work. Our soffit started to blow off within weeks and he convinced us its because we live close to the lake and that’s the reason. I believed him and even paid him to come back to change out the material. He then kept telling me he wasn’t going to make money from my small job even though it was to fix what he had done originally! So eventually after 2 months I just asked for my deposit back and got someone else to come. After getting a few metal contractors to come quote the fix they all said the siding is done incorrectly with many gaps that will result in water getting in. This was solidified when they tore off the soffit on the front porch and a lot of water came crashing down. We then did a water test and water was coming in at the windows, etc. Now the only thing we can do is caulk all the j trims, etc to prevent water or rip up all the siding. This has been a desaster! DO NOT deal with these guys. There are better company out there for the same price.

EDIT: Bruce has just texted me stating he will sue me if this isn’t taken down and the last person he sued he was awarded $100, 000.
