johnny steamer carpet cleaner

I called this company I previously used to clean to sets of stairs one
going upstairs and other going to basement.
Johnny was a bit late just having come back from a previous job but went
straight to work having advised him carpet on basement stairs would
need extra attention. I did have a clean up bit of mess he left on floors
but carpet did look cleaner and it wasn't until it was dry that I noticed
a smell that wasn't there before. I can only assume he came in with
dirty equipment from previous job. I called someone else to have it
redone. Won't be calling this company again. Really disappointed.

Johnny was an absolute pleasure to come by. Had a great system which texts you when he is close and a call when he has arrived. He went above and beyond to clean, steam and sanitize my carpet to make sure my girlfriend and I had the absolute best when we moved into our new place!

He is also noticeably extremely knowledgeable in his profession and gave me alot of useful tips and advice for how to get certain stains out of different types of carpets.

I would definitely recommend him to all my close family and friends and look forward to meeting you again for the next clean!

I purchased nice deal on Groupon with this guys and I'm very happy with their job. My never clrand (for 3 years) carpet turnus almost Brenda new. It was really dirty because t have a toddler and carpet had a lot of juice stains, banana stains and much more. Huys was very pleasant and professional. I will recommend to my friends

John was very punctual and efficient. He explained the kind of service he offers and the products he uses to clean carpets. He was very personable and accommodating. My carpets looked great after he completed cleaning them and still looked fantastic after they dried. I will definitely use his services again.
