I called Len the company owner on a Monday evening describing a problem with low heat on the ground floor of my home on the coldest day of the year. As the Architect for my personal home I specified a high end dual zone system. The basement and ground floor are on one thermostat with the second and third floor on a second thermostat. We walked through the system design over the phone to relay as much information as possible about the potential issues. We arranged for his technician Mo to come out the following evening to troubleshoot the problem.
In short, a variable air valve wasn't working and needed replacing. Several other issues were also pointed out that the original mechanical trade didn't execute properly. Mo installed the new valve and went through the controls and explained some general maintenance issues to me.
Temperance were knowledgeable, fast and good. As an Architect I am always looking for good contacts and I am going to have them service the AC and HVAC system on an ongoing basis. I have no reservations recommending them personally to friends or as a professional to clients.
