Tempasure Heating And Air Conditioning

We have used Len and his team for twice over the last 2 years.

Once was to replace our 20 year old air conditioner during a heat wave in 2018. He and his team were superb in getting to us quickly and in doing a bang up job for us.

Recently Len stepped in to help us out on a problem with a furnace that was installed during a renovation in 2016 by another HVAC contractor. He was fantastic again at getting back to us and given us excellent help an guidance.

I could not recommend him highly enough and he is absolutely my first an last HVAC call for me and my family.

I called Temp-a-sure when my tenant notified me the A/C died during a heat wave. After a diagnosis that the unit needs replacing, Len was very patient and spent about half an hour explaining to me all the questions someone who has no knowledge about A/C units can ask, just to make me feel comfortable with going ahead with the replacement. The MITS AIR model and price of the unit he recommended was fair so I approved and set a date for the repair. I got a call later that they've been a mistake and the model we agreed on could not be installed, and the only unit available is a more prominent (read more expensive) brand. I immediately thought, I'm screwed, this is how they get me! But no, Len is not like the stereotypical contractor. He honoured his mistake, and proceeded to install the more expensive brand whilst honouring our original quote. I was really impressed. Even though this should be expected of any contractor, unfortunately this is very rare, which makes Len a gem! I have so much respect for Len and will recommend him in a heartbeat!

Len and team were a pleasure to work with. Answered a lot of my questions and took time to explain things.

In a few days we landed on a furnace type, model and price. Installation was done in 1 day by 1 technician who walked me through and explained a lot about the system that I didn't know before.

I've had the new system for about 2 weeks now and there's a noticeable improvement. Ive not had to get the AC yet,
but tested it and works well. I would recommend anyone to Tempasure for a new furnace or AC.

Our furnace started to sputter on Saturday morning and through a recommendation I contacted Temp—A-Sure. They contacted me quickly and sent a repairman out. He was able to get the furnace working temporarily and they brought over some space heaters. The motor died and they had us up and running again first thing Monday. Len and his guys were great. And had them flush out tankless hot water system while they were here. Always thankful when you find a company of this quality and level of service.

Anthony answered all my questions, showed me the readings for CO2 etc and was friendly and efficient.
