We hadn’t used our 25 year old gas fireplace for about 14 years. Wanted to get it working and knew there were problems. Tempasure took a look, got it running, Identified issues, ordered and replaced parts, working great. Appreciated their diligence, folllow-up, and resolution of the problem. Our furnace started to sputter on Saturday morning and through a recommendation I contacted Temp—A-Sure. They contacted me quickly and sent a repairman out. He was able to get the furnace working temporarily and they brought over some space heaters. The motor died and they had us up and running again first thing Monday. Len and his guys were great. And had them flush out tankless hot water system while they were here. Always thankful when you find a company of this quality and level of service.
