I connected to Len at Tempasure through Homestars. Len returned my email by phone call within 15 minutes. Len arranged for Adam to come out the next day to install our water heater and provided a quote. Adam was prompt, courteous and professional. He was careful to cover his shoes in our house and rolled out carpets to protect our flooring. He offered suggestions on our current exhaust piping and was kind enough to return our water heater to the rental company. Adam explained the work he completed and showed me how to operate it. I broke a light bulb while Adam was onsite and He even helped me with the cleanup so our dog wouldn’t be injured.

Len called the next day to make sure everything went well and to collect payment for the exact amount quoted.

We will most likely have to replace our furnace in the next few years, and I would definitely use their services again.
