Used this company to remove racoons from my attic. Technician came in and installed one way door. I was told that they would remove the door in about 7-10 days. No one showed up for 2 weeks. I called twice and left a message. No one returned the call.
Bottom line is that they don't cover warranty or even bother to call you back once they have your money.
