Seal It Solutions No Longer In Business

I hired this company to seal windows at our office. 6 months later their work is leaking. I call Natalie and she tells me Robert will come by to take a look, he never showed up. I called again and again, finally he came, took a look and said he would come back to do the job. He never came back! I called and called, and finally I got through to Natalie who told me that the leak is not their problem, I explained this is not right because its the window they sealed and guaranteed. Robert calls me, yells racial slurs and profanities and hangs up. I don't recommend this company, even if they offer to do work for free or cheap. Bad management and work ethic.

Got work done by seal it solutions. The staff was friendly and fast. Payed them and all drafts from windows gone. A year later caulking folding do to old caulking underneath. Called Natalie and she said Robert would come next week to fix under warranty. Never showed up and that's when everything got fishy. Week after week they were suppose to come and all I got was excuses. 8 months went by and no help. If you want a quick fix call them, but don't thing there warranty will be valid. I was patient, but after 8 months I don't think they will be coming. Planning to get the work done by other company. Good luck if you choose them for your house.

The guys that showed up at my home to do the work were all very nice & polite. They were meticulous about not leaving any mess. My windows look like new! The new caulking is even, neat & shiny. Was told a crew of 4-6 people would complete work in a day but only 2 showed up.Work not completed and not to expectations as described by supplier. Were very diligent in maintaining a clean job site.Monies collected same day.

From my first initial contact with this company I requested an approximate quote via email which was stated on the ad that all requests would be returned within 24 hrs.
My approximate quote was sent to me 12 hrs later as promised as was much more reasonable than many other company's I had requested quotes from that also tried to sell me unneeded services on top of it. There quotes were $1300 to $2500! I then provided my address to request a firm quote that was a service provided at no charge. The approximate quote & firm quote I received were very close in price & they explained what would be done in detail & why. I booked my home to be done the following week.
The 3 gentleman showed up on time, they were very polite and were meticulous about not leaving any mess. They also did extra work at no charge (i.e. my garage, all the vents and some caulking around the perimeter of my home)
The end result made my windows look like new & I already notice a difference in the temperature in my home, particularly in rooms that I found to be drafty prior to this.
I would recommend Seal-It Solutions for your caulking needs.
