Had a leaky dishwasher due to a broken part. Called this company in desperation as it was during Covid-19 pandemic and we’re mostly home these days. The technician Mors answered the phone and provided prompt service, even correctly diagnosing the issue over the phone, then arranged to come on a day and at a time of our convenience. He walked us through the work he was doing, checked over the rest of the dishwasher to make sure there were not any other leaks / issues. Overall I’m very pleased by their prompt service, reasonable price and work completed.

Mors called me right away and came out within 1 day. Had all the necessary parts with him and fixed it within an hour. He also did more than he had to in my opinion. He worked neatly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Also very professional. Will definitely use him again and refer him to others.

I contacted Top Tech, and they were able to fit me in for a same day installation. He gave me the expected quote via email, once we confirmed he gave us an appointment time. He showed up on time, completed the task, and actually removed an item from the initial quote because the part was not needed, which was a lot more honest than some other service companies i have used in the past. The work area was kept as clean and tidy. I would most definitely use their services again.

Mors showed up on time despite having such a short notice. He was friendly, polite and professional. He inspected the fridge and discovered the issue with it. He changed the motherboard, and the fridge was working again! Now months later, no issues! His price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We needed someone to install our dryer through the side vent after the first company we hired didn’t do a good job. Mors is excellent, and I highly recommend him. We had to remove our old microwave and install a new one above our stove. It was a tricky installation, and Mors completed it in under an hour. He was prompt, professional and we will definitely use him again in the future.

Mors is a true professional. He showed up on time (on a Sunday). He got to work right away and within an hour had our old dishwasher disconnected and our new one installed. This required him to drill holes in our cabinet as well. He is meticulous in his work too - ensuring the door lined up properly and was levelled. He left the area spotless. On the way out, he helped me with another minor issue gratis. Will definitely use his services again in future and highly recommend!
