Mors was awesome and fixed both my appliances without trying to replace any parts once he diagnosed the problems. He is courteous, honest and very professional. He charged me exactly what he quoted me over the phone with no surprises. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in his trade. I normally don't leave reviews but I was very impressed by him.

Mors did a wonderful job of taking out our old dishwasher and installing a new one. The work was done with extreme professionalism and was even arranged for completion later the same day I called. Mors even helped me with an additional issue we were having with our fridge, which was so very appreciated. I would highly recommend Top Tech Appliance Service and will not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Had a leaky dishwasher due to a broken part. Called this company in desperation as it was during Covid-19 pandemic and we’re mostly home these days. The technician Mors answered the phone and provided prompt service, even correctly diagnosing the issue over the phone, then arranged to come on a day and at a time of our convenience. He walked us through the work he was doing, checked over the rest of the dishwasher to make sure there were not any other leaks / issues. Overall I’m very pleased by their prompt service, reasonable price and work completed.

Mors called me right away and came out within 1 day. Had all the necessary parts with him and fixed it within an hour. He also did more than he had to in my opinion. He worked neatly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. Also very professional. Will definitely use him again and refer him to others.

I contacted Top Tech, and they were able to fit me in for a same day installation. He gave me the expected quote via email, once we confirmed he gave us an appointment time. He showed up on time, completed the task, and actually removed an item from the initial quote because the part was not needed, which was a lot more honest than some other service companies i have used in the past. The work area was kept as clean and tidy. I would most definitely use their services again.

Mors showed up on time despite having such a short notice. He was friendly, polite and professional. He inspected the fridge and discovered the issue with it. He changed the motherboard, and the fridge was working again! Now months later, no issues! His price was also very reasonable. Highly recommended.

We needed someone to install our dryer through the side vent after the first company we hired didn’t do a good job. We reached out to Top Tech appliance On Friday and Mors was quick to respond and came right away on Monday. Did a great job installing. He was quick and knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done!

Mors is excellent, and I highly recommend him. We had to remove our old microwave and install a new one above our stove. It was a tricky installation, and Mors completed it in under an hour. He was prompt, professional and we will definitely use him again in the future.
