Mors is QUICKLY INTERACTIVE IN COMMUNICATIONS. He called back in minutes after my initial message. Mors is pretty swift in back-and-forth communications as the problem is fleshed out till the actual job. Allowance, however, must obviously be made for his other current jobs and inquiries.
VERY THOROUGH DETERMINATION OF PROBLEM & WHAT ARE INVOLVED. Rather than come immediately after a casual assessment, Mors takes the time to thoroughly understand the problem remotely, starting with cell phone photo requests, all the way to appliance model, and part descriptions and numbers. He also checks that the supplier doesn’t carelessly provide the wrong part as they could well do. All these pre-call preparations could make a client impatient. However, considering possibly needless repeat visits due to wrong parts or problem assessments, Mors’ comprehensive approach is ultimately best.
ACTUAL JOB COMPETENCE & PROFESSIONALISM. For the dryer repair, Mors brought along another part, just in case it was also broken, and not just the screw. He was right, saving us a repeat visit. The repair was quick and straightforward. Given his and his associate’s expertise, oven installation was again straightforward. As a bonus, they brought the old oven to the curb, rolling it like a log when my dolly failed.
OFFERING SOLUTIONS & EXTRA TIPS WHILE DOING THE JOB. Advised us how to avoid the gap between new oven back (design issue) & wall, not present in the old oven. Gave extra tips on fan & sensor usage to avoid monoxide poisoning.
AUTHENTIC PERSONAL INTERACTION. Like our kayak dealer or my wife’s yarn shop owner, he is nice to deal with, an added plus to his professionalism.
