Mors is very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully diagnose the problem with our dishwasher. He provided honest advice, figured out what was wrong and advised on the cost of the repair. He was always very punctual and very easy to communicate with. We would very highly recommend him and will entrust any future appliance repairs to him.

I left a message regarding my washer and my call was returned within the hour. Mors who came out identified the problem in 20 minutes, and had my washer working in under an hour.

The place where I bought the microwave quoted me $280 to install the microwave. That was basically the amount I paid for the unit. So I thought I'd give Top Tech Appliances and Mors was fantastic. He came the next day after I called, right on time. He was careful to make sure everything lined up right and we were very happy with the results.

Very, very pleased with TopTech service!!! .... for years have felt I've been over charged for appliance service, this is the first time I've felt satisfied with the service, rate, repair, etc .... Mors responded faster than any others I contacted, and was very specific as to the charges I might incurr before hand. When it was all said and done, his quote was accurate and I'm very, very pleased with his work and professionalism .... I've never written a review before, but I felt he was worth it :)

Our electric dryer was providing heat but was not tumbling. Mors was able to come by the same day we called and determined that the belt needed to be replaced. But since he didn't have the right size with him (we have an old dyer, about 15 years old), he needed to make a 2nd visit the next day. The communication of what to expect, both in timing and cost, was clear; Mors was professional and efficient.

We found this company on Kijiji and went with them because of the reviews here. We were quoted the rates beforehand, Mors came right on time and was done within an hour. Extremely efficient and professional. We would use this company again!

First I liked this service because they indicated their extended service hours on evening and weekends. Mors responded my online service request for our broken washer which stopped spinning during Easter weekend and came over in the evening on Easter Monday as we requested.
He diagnosed by listening to the washer on spin cycle and shortly found out it was the belt. Not only he came back very next day with a new belt and fixed it but also he told me how to take care of appliances and use them safely while he was fixing them. Now my washer is spinning perfectly and much quieter than before the repair.
Mors is very professional and his prompt service was highly appreciated. If we have anything else needs to be repaired in the future, I will call them again with no hesitation.

Mors came out on a Sunday to fix a spinning problem with my old washer. I tried to DIY it but couldn't fix the problem. Mors was very professional in his methods and was not condescending in the least, as some contracted trades can be with DIYers. He stuck 100% to what he originally quoted me, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, and even offered me plenty of advice on which models to look for to replace my old washer.

Top Tech will be my first call with any other appliance problems I have in my home and they should be yours too!

Washing machine failed and called Top Tech, based on reviews here. Mors came out and after inspecting everything found a shredded pair of my son's underwear and lots of lego clogging the machine's drain. No charge for that beyond the flat fee. Also helped me level the washing machine with some old slate tiles I had around and fixed the stove (which was a minor repair). Clearly a very competent and, most importantly, highly honest professional. Highly Recommended!

Mors arrived as scheduled and after a quick review of the issue told me he had the part and was able to complete the job as agreed. Often a service man will arrive and after reviewing the situation tells you that he has to order the part and come back again ...at another service call fee.
