Mors texted me 15 minutes to notify the arrival time and he came on time. He has good knowledge about what he is doing. He helped me to remove the old dishwasher and brought it outside to the curb. He took the time to make sure every detail to be done correctly (e.g. make sure the dishwasher is well balance, testing it run twice to make sure there is no leak). I am happy about the service and he charged at the exact amount that he quoted. Thanks for the good work!

Mors responded faster than any others I contacted, and was very specific as to the charges I might incurr before hand. When it was all said and done, his quote was accurate and I'm very, very pleased with his work and professionalism .... I've never written a review before, but I felt he was worth it :)

Our electric dryer was providing heat but was not tumbling. Mors was able to come by the same day we called and determined that the belt needed to be replaced. But since he didn't have the right size with him (we have an old dyer, about 15 years old), he needed to make a 2nd visit the next day.
