Top Tech Appliance Service

Our dishwasher was leaking water on the floor and through to the basement below. We weren't sure if it was a plumbing problem or a appliance problem. We called a plumber and he quickly diagnosed the issue as being where the water line connects to the dishwasher, i.e. the water inlet valve was broken. He said to call an appliance repair person. Based on the reviews on HomeStars I called TopTech and I wasn't disappointed. He quickly responded to me, found the part, and said he'd come by between 12-2 the next day. He arrived promptly at 12 and was very professional and courteous. He fixed the problem in about an hour including testing that the problem was fixed. He also gave me some tips about my dishwasher. Overall I was pleased by the responsiveness, punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy. I wouldn't hesitate to call and would recommend to family and friends.

Our GE Gas dryer squeaked so loud it was maddening. Though located in the basement behind a closed door, you could hear it upstairs on the second floor while shaking in frustration at the seemingly never ending racket. We called TopTech Appliance who sent Mors over. It took one visit for an examination to diagnose the issue; then a second visit to install the parts needed and we were done. Mors took the time to show us the issue and explain why the part was causing the problem. He was courteous and professional; and the final cost was reasonable and what he had estimated. Overall: excellent work professionally completed at a fair price. We would certainly call again.

I e-mailed Top Tech Appliance Service regarding a washing machine in need of repair. Mors contacted me the next day and came to my house in a matter of hours with the replacement part. He fixed it perfectly, cleaned up the work area, and was very respectful of my home. I will be happy to call Top Tech Appliance Service in the future - this service was excellent!

I hired TopTech Appliance Service to install my new dishwasher. They were very courteous and accommodating when booking the appointment and when we had to reschedule due to delivery issues. They gave me a two-hour time range and the technician arrived well within that time frame. He was very polite and professional. He clearly knew what he was doing and even took time to explain how to use the new dishwasher.

I have a 10 year old washer/dryer combo which has been in relatively in good shape. However one day I noticed the washer lid switch not connecting, which wouldn't start the spin cycle. I called Top Tech Appliance and they sent over Mors who arrived the same day to fix the problem. He was very friendly, quickly fixed the problem, and was done within the hour. Mors was professional, easy to chat with, and willing to show me the steps he took to replace the switch. Highly recommended!

Fast troubleshooting - parts had to be ordered. Once the parts arrived it was a quick repair. Great communication via text and phone. Was comfortable to work with and professional.

WOW!!!!! Am I ever extremely happy that I chose to go with Top Tech Appliance!!! I called them at 8am, they were at my place by 10am that same day and the washer was fixed by 11am. Mors the technician was very polite, curtious and thorough. As soon as he entered the house he removed his shoes ( which is a big plus for me ) and I can honestly say he treated our home as if it were his own. I will not hesitate to use them in the future and will definitely recommend them to all of my family and friends!!

Greg was great, he came in on time fixed my washing machine under 2 hours and made sure everything was working perfectly. They saved me hundreds of dollars by repairing my washing machine. I tried to do it myself but it was difficult. glad greg was able to help us

The lower element in my oven caught fire/died on Saturday night as we were making dinner. I called Top Tech Appliance Service on Sunday morning and they came by at lunch to assess the problem. It turned out that a replacement element needed to be ordered and this was obtained on Monday. The earliest I could be around for him to come back was Tuesday. So now it's Tuesday and the problem is solved. Responsive, courteous, and at a fair price. What more can you ask for? Definitely recommended!

Super satisfied ... drier stop heating on Friday... called Mors Saturday at noon... showed up at 2pm with part ... fixed and gone.
Checked average price of the part online , they were competitive both part and labour.
I strongly recommend these guys.
