Owen did an incredible job cleaning up our shower to a like-new state. The attention to detail, was second to none. He was able to get into places I couldn’t even see and ensure that everything was cleaned and protect for the future. Would highly recommend to anyone, worth every penny!

I had a mostly positive experience with this company. The outcome of the floors is quite nice and clean in appearance, and Owen even went the extra step to descale and polish the ceramic surface of the stovetop, which was a very kind thing to do. The appointment started nearly two hours late, though Owen did send map updates of his ETA. My one reservation with giving an 8/10 review is that Owen commented that the work took much longer than expected, that he should have charged more, that I shouldn’t install floors again, etc. I found this surprising and quite off putting, as I sent numerous pictures of the work that was to be done to receive the quote. Overall, though, I am happy with the end results.

Excellent job, I am happy, my bathub and around looks like new. I was scare to hire a company found on the Google, but due Corona we could not shop around. I was wrong. The job was done well and I am happy.

Fast quote. I was able to choose a convenient date for me. Owen showed up on time and in 3 hours changed my hard water stained tub tiles and chrome faucet to looking like new. I am so happy with his work. He also re-calked the tub and the corner walls. Very impressive. I would highly recommend.

Quick quote, prompt service, and great results. Owen obviously has a lot of experience and knew exactly how to restore our slate floor and limestone kitchen counters. They have never looked better -- even better than when they were installed. They are now easier to clean and maintain too. We just wish we'd done this sooner!

Owen and Tiles R Us did a phenomenal job and I can't recommend them highly enough. Very prompt with responses, was able to give a solid quote and stick to it, and even went above and beyond to ensure that the best possible work was done. Before the work started, Owen gave me a thorough rundown of what work was going to happen, and the work was completed efficiently, with professionalism and with the worksite completely cleaned up before he left. Really super clean work and very impressed.

Regrout existing tile floor and clean mould from shower and replace caulking.

Owen went above and beyond the original scope by caulking around the toilet and baseboard making the bathroom look complete when finished.

I contacted Tiles R Us because of their stellar reviews on Home Stars and was not disappointed. My shower looks brand new, beautiful, and clean! The drain cover had to be re-touched up after my original appointment, and Owen was quick to respond and return to fix it up. Not many companies will take care of you after the work is done and payment is made, but Owen certainly does, and you can tell he takes pride in the quality of his work. Highly recommended.

Great job! He was quick to coordinate his visit, he worked hard on site, and it was great looking work at the end of it. He was very clear about costs as he went along.
