very expensive. Kept telling him it was dirt he insisted it was the color of the tile...it is not. I keep removing the dirt myself today.

Client was advised and educated about ceramic tile before the job scheduled date. Glazed ceramic tiles usually comes with design or pattern embedded in them artificially by the manufacturer. These patterns and designs can never be cleaned off as they are part of the beauty of the glazed ceramic tile. Client was advised that those are not dirt but only pattern and designs of the glazed ceramic tile. Glazed ceramic tile does not attract dirt but the grout was dirty,soiled with some whitish looking cleaning products that were not removed properly by the client.Using our extraction machine we were able to restore the grout lines back to brand new and the client paid for the service only to call back few hours later that she is removing dirt off the tiles that we just restored. Why didn't she remove them when I was there at her condo???? In light of her concerns and prior to completing the work, client was advised to have someone else investigate the issue but she threatened to give a bad review.It is unfortunate that sometimes good work and knowledgeable does not get appreciated, but we as with all other clients we aim to provide the best service always and this is what we provided for this client.
