Shower stall floor & wall tile surface and grout restoration.
Works were done well and good, however, for the next unit to be done they wanted to charge additional $100 for re-grouting of floor "if needed". The "if needed" is a big question mark because it will subject to their personal discretion. This means from an agreed price of $499, it will be increased to $600 per stall or an increase of 20%.

Thanks for making it clear the "Work was done well and good" however during the job we realized the shower stall have been poorly maintained and have been experiment with, in a wrong way several times by someone or some people not trained in these area.
When we removed the caulking we realized that their might be possible water leakage to the drywall.
We took care of the above mentioned issues with the shower stall which is above the job discretion and still billed the client $499 even though we are supposed to charge extra.
The Client was adviced afterwards that shower restoration with repairs will be $599.
