Dalton Home Improvements performed a variety of major renovations spanning nearly every room of my home, including two complete bathroom renos, a complete deck restoration, leveling a floor, replacing multiple windows and doors, and a number of other improvements. Dave's workmanship was impeccable and his pricing very reasonable, even for a picky client like myself. I look forward to working with Dave again!

My husband and I can't say enough about the excellent work that Dalton Home Improvements has done on our home. They took an average home, completely gutting the upper level and main entrance way and transformed it into an amazing show home in just 15 weeks. While a small company, you get the dedication and quality craftsmanship one looks for. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Dave and his team. Dave listened to our thoughts and suggestions and far surpassed our expectations. Dave and his crew show their individual skills by the way attention is paid to the finishing details from tile setting, finish carpentry to floor installation. Dave is all about the quality finished project for his clients and project manages his sub-trades making sure they provide the same. He also makes sure he and his sub-trades provide that "finished" product within the original budget and is fair with negotiating on extras if they may arise during the project. Dave and his crew go out of their way to ensuring their clients are happy.

We were planning on renovating our downstairs and were unsure where to turn. A friend in construction recommended Dave. Dave was amazing! He helped us to understand what we wanted, he let us know exactly what it would cost and told us exactly how long it would take. The amazing part is that they did the work on time, on budget and everything is perfect. They were so efficient, clean and fast. The house looks absolutely beautiful, new ceramic tile in a creative pattern, beautiful wood flooring installed at an angle. They rebuilt the fireplace and added beautiful stone, they also redid our bathroom, gave our kitchen a 'facelift' and added fancy trim around all the windows and doors. Thank you so much Dave!!!!!

I own a four plex in delta. It was build in the 70's. I had stucco on the exterior and it was looking like it needed replacing, was falling off in spots. I was recommended to Dave through a friend. Dave removed all the stucco on the front of the house with hardie plank siding with some really attractive wood trim. Suggested painting the rest of the outside as the front was the worst. We saved money on that and were able to spend the rest upgrading both basement suites. Dave did new laminate flooring and tiles in the kitchen and re painted everything but the bedrooms. I saved a lot and got good value for my money. I would recommend Dave and his crew to any of my friend. Richardson Lewis.

I had my roof replaced by Dalton Exteriors. They were most professional and very quick. They did a great job, and there was no mess when they left.

I am most pleased with the outcome and have given their name to several people who are thinking of replacing their roofs.

I build a addition on my house. Got Dave in to do the roofing and hardie plank siding.Dave went above and beyond what i expected.Dave is a perfectionish and accepts nothing but the best out of himself and his crew,and really shows now that the job is complete.
