Nick did a great job in our window bay seat. High quality materials and installation, all done very quickly and with a good price. He is very knowledgeable and helped us decide some of details of the project. We are very happy with the result and would recommend him to anyone looking for any custom built project.

Nick was fantastic to work with. His first project was to resolve a 10 year old hinge problem on my TV cabinet. He invested significant time sourcing the hinge but solved the problem. I was so pleased with his work that he performed two new projects - installing new rollers on a sliding mirror in a bathroom, and a more complex re-build of kitchen island cabinets to accommodate moving a built-in oven. He explored several options with me, and we agreed upon the next approach. I would recommend Nick in a heartbeat as someone who can provide options for you, and deliver on the plan. Really pleased with his workmanship.

Nick helped us remove a closet, which required considerable repair to the drywall and hardwood floor. The quality of his work was superb - excellent attention to detail and a terrific final product. In addition, his communication, punctuality, and efficiency were the best I've encountered in this business. We were so happy that we have just hired him to build a built-in window bench.

I did not actually end up working with Nick, but through our communication I could tell how friendly and professional he is. He gave me a very fair quote to install my IKEA kitchen, followed up with me several times and offered moral support on my IKEA delivery woes!

We were so happy with our other projects completed my Waterlily Contracting that we asked Nick to come back. This time he built us a beautiful floor to ceiling cabinet to maximize storage in our very small Office/spare bedroom. We now have closed storage for office supplies, including a printer and lots of filing space. As well as open shelves for displaying books and travel souvenirs. As always, the work is excellent quality and exactly what I wanted!

I’ve always wanted to do something special with our big beautiful window in the master bedroom and Waterlily brought my dream to life with this great storage seating. I love lounging on it of sunny days and the extra storage is great!

Nick renovated our Kitchen this year. He did a great job. Very skilled. Also a big help in finding other good contractors as he has been in the industry for some time! We definitely would have no problem recommending his services.

We engaged Nick in 2015 to build us a custom sized vanity and linen tower with complicated hardware. He did such a great job with outstanding quality that we engaged him again this year for a new built-in, window bench with drawers, and 'building in' an Ikea closet unit with cubbies and crown moulding to look custom. Nick is not only reliable, he is a problem solver and thoughtful about how to make things work in an irregular space. Everything was high quality, on time and on budget. We happily recommend Nick and will work with him again.
