We were referred to Phoenix Heating and Air Conditioning by a friend who had a furnace and A/C unit installed by them. The owner Sam, was very friendly and professional to talk to and deal with. He was very prompt in coming to our home to plan out the new installation and give us a quote. During the installation he took the time to thoroughly answer any questions we had and was very passionate about his work!

His prices were great and his workmanship second to none! We will be using Phoenix Heating and Air Conditioning to install a new A/C unit in the spring. We highly recommend Sam for any of your HVAC work you may have! Thank you for a great job Sam!

Did a very good job, they are very friendly and will listen to you. They are punctual and came in time to do the job, completed in time and I am happy.

Our AC compressor broke during one of the hottest weeks in Toronto, It was a long weekend to top it off. I phoned Sam and he did everything in his power to get a new Compressor. It did take some time 3 days (because of the holiday weekend), but he was able to get a new one and installed within an hour. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend him to my friends.

They had walked me through every step of the process and made sure that I am well informed of the service and equipment that I was going to get. My A/C stopped working on a hot 45 degree C day last week. I called Sam (Phoenix Heating and Air) late Thursday afternoon and he arrived at our place about 11pm that night.
