Sam was happy to work around my schedule. He proved he knows all the different furnace manufacturers and typical problems. He gave me my list of options and cost and did the repair right then even though it was a Saturday afternoon. He has all the training for Furnace, AC and Gas line repair. I am happy to recommend him.

We needed someone to install a hat water tank that we purchased to get away from renting one. Some quotes that we got from chain-stores and other large Ontario companies were all in the price range of the water tank itself. The common reasoning was - to replace the exhaust pipe a contractor needed to cut holes in the ceiling of our finished basement. We were almost okay with ruining the ceiling, but decided to ask around more...

He and his partner came in, and couple hours later everything was done for HALF the price than the big box stores were offering and on top of that Sam SAVED OUT CEILING! And not only that - Sam was able to answer all sorts of our questions about water tanks, furnaces and the work that other professionals did in our basement.

purchased a new home that had a humidifier that was not working. Called Sam and he quickly gave some tips on possible solutions (all for free). After taking time with me on the phone he suggested a new humidifier which is what I wanted. He is very busy but I was not in a rush. During the install he was very good at providing me with insights to how to maintain the humidifier, furnace A/C which was really helpful as a new home owner. Overall, it was a good experience and Sam is really knowledgeable about his business and very pleasant to communicate with.

We were referred to Phoenix Heating and Air Conditioning by a friend who had a furnace and A/C unit installed by them. The owner Sam, was very friendly and professional to talk to and deal with. He was very prompt in coming to our home to plan out the new installation and give us a quote. Did a very good job, they are very friendly and will listen to you. They are punctual and came in time to do the job, completed in time and I am happy.

Our AC compressor broke during one of the hottest weeks in Toronto, It was a long weekend to top it off. I phoned Sam and he did everything in his power to get a new Compressor. It did take some time 3 days (because of the holiday weekend), but he was able to get a new one and installed within an hour. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend him to my friends.

Our a/c was broken on the two hottest days of the year! I contacted this company and within 24 hr a gentleman by the name of sam was at the house with it diagnosed and fixed within 15-20 min! Awesome guy! Very personable! Even explained how the part worked and why the unit was broken:)
