Modern Spray Systems

Danger, this company works on its own terms, started a job and never came back to finish it. I paid them the same day he finished half the job and never came back and never provided me with an invoice. Been trying to track him down for an invoice for business purposes. I've already used a different guy to finish the house. I don't understand how this guy got a Homestar award.

Please for your own peace of mind, use a different company!

I booked modern spray foam a month in advance and paid a 50% deposit only for them not to show up and become completely non responsive. My customer is in a hotel and pets in kennel. Great work guys!!

I hired Modern Spray to spray my basement and attic. The job was to be completed in two installations. I have been trying for almost three months to get them to return to complete the job. They have missed several appointments, often without notice. They only rarely return calls. I caught them screening my calls by calling from a different number. I was left with no option but to hire another company to complete the work, even though the work has already been paid for.

Avoid this company completely.

Called modern spray Systems as they where recommended from friends of ours. We had our basement sprayed before we poured our slab. Great guys Steve and crew where professionals from start to finish.

From start to finish this company was great. The work performed was to spec and beyond my expectations. Being a smaller company it was nice dealing with the same people from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team to anyone I know.

We had Steve at modern spray come in to spray our basement. He and his helper did a great job. Covered all the windows and electricity outlets. Even the drywall contractor commented how good the job was.

We did a lot of research before choosing our spray foam contractor. We came across modern spray systems through homestars. Ultimately choosing them to do our work. They were fantastic job done on time and right as quoted.
