I hired Modern Spray to spray my basement and attic. The job was to be completed in two installations. I have been trying for almost three months to get them to return to complete the job. They have missed several appointments, often without notice. They only rarely return calls. I caught them screening my calls by calling from a different number. I was left with no option but to hire another company to complete the work, even though the work has already been paid for. Avoid this company completely.
