Misrepresentation and price gouging

Hired to replace washer drain pump which cost $80. Insisted I needed 2 service people because washer/dryer is stackable and dryer would have to be lifted off at $120./ per person to replace part.
Dryer did not need need to be lifted off, second worker did nothing. Took 45 minutes to replace part. Total cost over $500.
Misrepresentation and price gouging during lock down. Despicable!
