We had Ars Repair Service in to replace the gasket on our front loading washer in mid-October 2020. They didn’t have the gasket in stock and said they’d have to order it. This is not an exotic machine, its a Maytag Washer. They billed me for the service call and I had to pay for the gasket in advance. Total was $289.
It has now been three months. I called them today. They don’t have the gasket in stock and will let me know when it is expected.
