Washer Initial Service Appointment
We had an issue with our washer, called the service rep who gave us two companies with whom to follow up. We checked Homestars reviews and went with the higher rated company, ARS.
Setting the appointment was easy. We selected a date, and the week ahead received a call with a service window. On the day of service, we received a call 10 minutes ahead of the technician's arrival with his name and ETA.
The service technician arrived as scheduled, took appropriate COVID-related safety precautions, was clean, friendly, efficient and effective. He assessed the issue quickly and gave us a quote on repair. We paid for the visit, and received the receipt promptly.
This was as smoothly as such an event can go. I will not hesitate to reach out to ARS again!
