Poor customer service - avoid this company
I scheduled an AGA oven repair June 25th. Technician came and diagnosed the problem and said full control panel needed to be ordered ($1k), suggested calling for a follow up installation appt. I paid for the service call and assumed the process was in good hands. I called back June 30th for update and was told ARS was waiting for parts dept to update them. I called, emailed, and used chat function repeatedly with no answer or follow up from any of them - phone numbers were either disconnected or rarely accessible. It is now July 15th and still, no update (!).
When pressured today they gave the same excuse and said a supervisor was not available to escalate the call. We have an oven that hasn't functioned since June 25th and have children with special dietary needs that require us to cook special meals for them regularly. Extremely stressful. I have zero confidence in this company now - they were so highly rated online, I was excited to finally have a solution. I would avoid this company at ALL costs - a bush league operation with terrible customer service. Do not waste your time.
