Awful customer service and poor at diagnosing problems with our GE oven that keeps on turning itself off. Been promised to speak to a manager since October 2017 (now February 2018) and still waiting. Have now reported them to BBB. Diagnosed a control board to fix oven that was turning off. Guess what, oven still turns off. Wants us to pay over $400 more for another repair which 'might' fix the oven. Customer Service from head office is incompetent at best. STAY AWAY!
