Web site states "It doesn't matter how old or complicated it is, we will fix it." "Besides 100% customer satisfaction is our company's motto". They couldn't fix my senior citizen parents washer & charged them a full service call for a 5 min visit, the managers do not understand Customer service & never return a call. I had to call back 3 times just to speak to a "Manager" who didn't know the contents of their own web site. Don't use this company for anything the worst customer service ever I have ever experienced.
