I had a defective part for my LG gas oven. ARS has helped to troubleshoot the issue and followed with the detailed repair procedure. The initially part replacement was failed and eventually it was diagnosed with a defective burner valve. It was a rare failing part, and ARS has honored my original fixing price (even the part is more expensive). The subsequent visit was excellent, and the technician has helped to checked the repaired oven professionally after replacing the parts.
