We had a new Custom door entry installed in May of this year. The door itself looks great and we have received lots of compliments however the installation was not perfect, there is a visible gap if you look sideways and the door required some minor stain touch up’s which they did do when someone came to inspect. However as for the installation issue, I was told they would get back to me but nobody ever did in spite of 4 monthly follow up calls directly with Mary. I delayed writing this review thinking they would eventually get back to me. Decent looking Fibreglass door but expected better service for the money.
