We booked a new hot water heater install from Home Depot. Grady from Steam Dry Canada was the installer. We couldn't have asked for a better process, he was quick and efficient. I didn't time him but I don't think it took him an hour. I really appreciated his efficiency.

I’m moving to a new house get duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. Alex did duct cleaning and Andy did Carpet cleaning, They are very nice and very professional. They arrived on time and did cleaning with a great care. I really appreciate their job that makes my new house look fantastic!

We needed to have all the carpets professionally cleaned. Previously I was cleaning the carpets with a small residential machine I had purchased but we needed full steam cleaning to deal with multiple stains and smell. The technician Russ did a very good job and the carpets look and smell like new again.
The ventilation ducts and dryer vent were quite dusty/dirty/restricting airflow and had not been cleaned for about 3 years and the Technician Russ had very good equipment and know-how and now the ducts are working perfectly and we feel much healthier and safer already.

I booked two weeks ahead, I was called to confirm my appointment which I did. Then the day of my cleaning, two days before I had to hand over my rental house Homedepot called a left a message telling me they were canceling my appointment. They did not even have the respect to talk to me or rebook me for the next day. I called back and was told the earliest they had a tech available was 5 days away. It was very obvious from the tone and phone call that the person in the office could not have cared less that they had caused a huge issue. I asked them why they didn't rebook me for the next day, the reply was they would have to cancel someone else and that was not their policy. It did seem to be their policy to cancel me though. Do not use this company!!!!!!

I am very pleased with the service I received. The operator, Kaan, who came into my home was polite and did an excellent job of explaining everything to me. He was pleasant and extremely professional. He was efficient and thorough. Part of the work was an insurance claim and the other was not so. There was no problem in separating the final transactions. I would use Steam Dry Canada again and would request the same representative. Thank you for a job well done.

My schedule is 8 to 12 she call coming at 12 because something wrong with the truck . I call before one pm she said we been schedule for 12 to 4 pm with out my knowledge. Then want me to reschedule with out any reason . Then cancel with out my knowledge . After I told her your job to if something wrong with your truck you should send another truck not to let your customers wait for whole day for half day schedule

I received the complete package they had to offer. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend them. Grady was efficient, professional, and did a fabulous job.

My cat was freaking out in her crate so Grady did the master bedroom first so I could let her out. Very appreciative he was able to do that since duct cleaning can be hard on animals. I would definitely use them again in the future.

The technician, Grady, called to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and professional, even protected my floor when I didn't care. He gave me important information about my new heater. As a result of Grady's work, I have decided to call his company for maintenace on my unit in the future.
