I booked two weeks ahead, I was called to confirm my appointment which I did. Then the day of my cleaning, two days before I had to hand over my rental house Homedepot called a left a message telling me they were canceling my appointment. They did not even have the respect to talk to me or rebook me for the next day. I called back and was told the earliest they had a tech available was 5 days away. It was very obvious from the tone and phone call that the person in the office could not have cared less that they had caused a huge issue. I asked them why they didn't rebook me for the next day, the reply was they would have to cancel someone else and that was not their policy. It did seem to be their policy to cancel me though. Do not use this company!!!!!!
