My dog was very sick this weekend and the light beige carpet was stained all over with patches of bloody diarrhea. I know that's a lot of detail- but truly it was dire, we thought the carpet would have to be replaced! I called & requested Shawn Garland who has cleaned our carpet twice before. He got the stains out! I am so relieved. Shawn truly understands the process of cleaning carpets, and I am also glad he suggested we put the stain guard on my carpet the last time.
