Brad phoned twenty minutes before arriving to let me know he was coming. He arrived on time and exhibited a very friendly manner.
Brad was polite, professional and competent. He explained ever thing to me. When he completed the work he cleaned up thoroughly and locked all the doors.
I was very pleased with the excellent service provided.
