I hired this company to clean my carpets professional after we moved out of the house. My appointment was booked two weeks in advance, the day before, the assigned technician was hurt on the job and was not able to come as scheduled. We rescheduled with an alternate technician. This technician worked with the company part time, and even said that the one got hurt was the one of the best. He spent maybe 30 minutes on the two rooms and stairs. He asked "what did you do to this carpet" in the masterbedroom, and commented that the room "reeked" in smell (yes we had a dog, but in my opinion it did not reek) and upgraded us on a desaintizer. for the bottom step of the staircase, he asked "this carpet is shot, what did you do to it". I felt his comments and the way he asked them rude. I think there would have been better vocabulary to use. This experience turned me off for using a professional carpet cleaner. I felt what seemed like a good deal over the phone quote ended up being a bad experience customer wise, and our carpets were not cleaned to expectations from a professiona.
