Nothing DRY about their service!
They did not take care of the surrounding area. There were drips and water stains on my wall, on coffee tables, my area carpet and floor. They made no effort to move anything, cover it up ahead of time or dry the spots on the floor. They seemed to be in a rush and not really focused on the job.
To top it off, the sofa wasn't even clean on the underside of the cushion - I had to take a wet rag and clean the spot that they missed.
The couch was 10 years old and well used, but still in great shape. After they left there were areas that were stretched on the back and sides of the couch. Not sure if that was age or their carelessness, but given the other issues, I won't give them the benefit of the doubt.
I would not use their services again.
