Steam Dry Canada

I booked this company and they were back and forth about when they could come due to a truck breaking down. They came in and did six rooms and fourteen stairs in about 40 min. There was multiple stains left and not much extraction work done. I followed up with them the day after, sending pictures to the supervisor when they said they could reclean it, they could only book me for when the rental agreement was done. The landlord turned it down, instead making me pay from may damage deposit and not allowing them to redo it. No refunds allowed. This single mom is out 300$ for service that was just terrible and no customer service to back up what they claimed. Definitely not ok.
