I ordered a move for 10 am and tried to change to 12pm emailed 3 times called multiple time left messages and NO reply
I had to ask for 2 male friends to leave work early as I wasn't able to confirm the time change. When calling and pressing 2 to make a change I got no answer was on hold 1st time 9 minutes 2nd time 6 minutes I then called back and pressed 1 for new order someone answered It appears the game me the wrong email address for any changes :(
Then tried to charge from 9:45 ( arrival 10:20am) to 13:45 ( finished 12:30)
Then ended up charging from 10-1pm Cost $450. So not impressed with the communication

PLEASE READ!THE most professional people on the phone,very respectable works and drivers ,would not finish unloading the last 2 items untill paid in full and was requesting CASH!Once paid in full by plastic the sofa was dropped in the living room not put back together i was assuming the went to get others items closed the doors and drove off!I called i was told they are on the highway not coming back and hung up on me.There office reply make a complaint to head office!So if you want TO GET RIPPED OFF perfect company to use!VERY DISHONTEST

We hired Lets Get moving to move our 2 Bedroom apartment and were very satisfied with the service. They were timely, professional and took great care of our belongings. I appreciate the straight forward pricing structure. 10/10! Highly recommend. Would hire again!
