On a weekend, Steve gave me a quote. Next weekend, Serge installed new mechanism, programmed Universal openers in car and phone app. On time and excellent service! Nothing more to ask.

I needed help adjusting the torsion bar to make space on the left side of the door for my wall mounted garage door opener installation.

I issued a ServiceRequest on Homestars on Saturday evening and received a call on Sunday morning. Steve arrived at my door and offered to cut off the offending excess torsion bar and even went so far as fully mounting the motor unit on the wall and connecting it to the shaft. He even offered a bunch of tips regarding common pitfalls encountered during installation.

Overall the service was very professional, quick, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely use the Door Master Inc. again for bigger garage door related issues.

I had to replace the side cables for the garage door, it wouldn't open. Door Master service guy came on the next day, fixed my door and now it's working perfectly fine. They were quick and clean, he showed me before and after, explained which parts will be replaced. I was very happy with their work. Thank you!

Very professional and courteous … Jennifer was super helpful in helping us decide what to replace our old motors with while Serge was very professional and quick in installing the motors and belt.. they also clean up after the job.. highly recommend them!
