I looked online for a company that worked in this area. They came to the house to evaluate and gave me a quote. I am satisfied with their work. They were professional, clean.

I put a quote out on Kijiji for a tender on a job to work in my basement. They roughed in the laundry room and bathroom. ItI involved having to dig up concrete. I probably called around to 10 people and they offered the best deal. They were fast and reliable.

We had a clog and back up in our basement. They were just excellent A neighbor referred them to me and I checked them out on Homestars. It was an emergency call and they came within hours, they worked right away and came back the next day to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone, they are professional and courteous.

I found this company through Home Stars. I called around and got other quotes, all were similar but Kainos was available when I needed them. It has been smooth. No issues.

We had used Kainos once before. We have had them install a pot filler, bathroom fixture and a water softener. We called him back and he offered a quote on the work. The clean up was good, it went fine. I would suggest that perhaps they could give the owners a warning of what could possibly happen, what issues they might run into while doing the project.

I highly recommend this company. The first time I hired them was for a tap that would not work, as well as water coming into a cabinet in the bathroom. They fixed the issues promptly. Since then I have called them a couple of times for small jobs, both inside and out and have found them so reasonable, polite and entirely decent. They take the time to explain the problem, the solution, the costs, as well as how to address any kind of recurring issues (e.g. how to tighten one of the handles on a tap that keeps loosening due to the way it was originally installed). Both plumbers that came to our house were wonderful. Excellent work!

I went online to find some quotes on fixing my toilet. This company was very helpful and gave me a list of prices depending on what the problem was. The next day they arrived to fix the issue. It ended up it was the wax seal and they fixed it right away.

We hired them for an emergency job, a burst pipe in the basement. We called a number of companies but Kainos came out quickly. They offered a quote and fixed it right away. In the end there were multiple breaks and they had to come back to fix another location. I have referred them to others, I was pleased with their service.
