The Exterminators

I had an invasion of carpenter ants in my bathroom, with some appearing elsewhere. The guy came immediately, made sure I got out of the house because of the chemicals and did a thorough job, explaining to me about ant nests etc. After about 3 weeks a few ants reappeared in other parts of the house and I asked them for advice. They came back and did the whole job again. I am more than impressed. life without ants is joy.

I had my home exterminated for carpenter ants by Yanni and his team back in March. It was a very thorough job. A few ants started to pop up again in June and he and his team came back and exterminated again free of charge even though the work really was excellent the first time around and I would happily paid for the subsequent visit. He was very understanding of my concerns with 2 very small kids and he gave me all the information I needed about the product and home evacuation that I needed to get comfortable that no harm would come to us. I highly recommend him.

I called 3 companies about my bed bug problem. The first one couldn't come for 2 weeks. The second didn't respond to my phone call/email. Then I called Exterminators Inc. They returned my call within minutes and came two days later. When they arrived they were prompt, professional and efficient. They actually respond to their emails and phone messages. Muhammad was on time, efficient and thorough. He explained the process, showed where the entry points and nesting areas were and was cognizant of my dog when placing multiple traps.

We had contacted a few other companies to deal with this problem but it persisted. The Exterminators came in and immediately figured out why the others had failed to resolve it. I contacted the Exterminators along with two other pest control companies when I found out that I had cockroaches in an income property with four units. Yanni was the first to return my call. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I did not find a review for him but was desperate to have someone come in and take care of the problem as soon as possible.

Yanni and his partner arrived on the scheduled day within 15 minutes of the appointment time. He went through the property and pulled out all the fridges and stoves. For the services, everyone had to leave the building for about four hours. All the tenants were on board and had no problem with complying. Yanni and his partner then donned protective gear and went to work. They started in the basement and made their way to the attic. When they were in the basement, I decided to peek in to see how they were doing it. I was on the second step to the basement when the smell of the poison that they were putting down was overwhelming. I high tailed it out of there and let them complete the job.

Yanni and his partner used three forms of control to get rid of the cockroaches. They sprayed all the apartments, paying attention to the kitchens and bathrooms. They placed a powder down in the lower cabinets and under the fridge and stove and they put down bait.

Once the job was done I paid for the service and Yanni issued me a three month guarantee on the work. The poison was immediately effective and took out the adults within a few days as they came out from their hiding spots. The poison is effective for 30 days. Any bugs that hatched after the 30 days were killed by the powder and anything that survived that would have been killed by the bait.

Overall I am very pleased with the results. They were really thorough and the problem was resolved. I would not hesitate to contact them again. Since I have an income property, I understand that I paid more than what the typical extermination would cost. I would recommend them to anyone who I knew were suffering from the same problem.
